Nominations have been declared open for the following positions on the Local 604 Executive:
- Chairperson
- 1st Vice Chairperson
- Treasurer
- Recording Secretary
These positions are for the remainder of a three year term ending in the Spring of 2018. Information on the duties of these positions are available on the BCGEU Website. Those seeking the nomination must complete the attached nomination form and submit it by the deadline stated below.
Nominations open Friday, April 28, 2017, at 9:00 am, and all nomination forms must be received by the Fraser Valley Area Office no later than Monday, May 29, 2017, at 5:00 pm. In the event that there are multiple nominations for any position an election will occur, as per the Union’s Constitution, bylaws, and policies. All candidates will be informed of the process in advance.
