For all employees of: Valleyhaven Retirement Community, at and from 45450 Menholm Road, Chilliwack, BC, except registered nurses, clerical and maintenance
 

The wording on the ballot will be:
 
ARE YOU IN FAVOUR OF A STRIKE
YES                                            NO  
 
 
Note:   All employees in the Bargaining Unit, whether or not they are members of trade unions taking a vote conducted under Section 60, are eligible to vote and shall be given a reasonable opportunity to vote.
