Your bargaining committee will soon be preparing to negotiate a renewal collective agreement with your employer and is seeking your input. The bargaining questionnaire lets you identify issues or concerns with, or desired improvements to, the collective agreement. Your input will inform and assist your committee in setting bargaining priorities.

As well as the instructions above, we have now added the option to do an online survey, so if you prefer to fill out your bargaining questionnaire this way, you can find it here. Completed questionnaires must be received in the Negotiations Department by Friday, November 15, 2019 at 5:00pm.

You are strongly encouraged to get involved in the negotiations process by providing input to your bargaining committee via the questionnaire.
