Please find attached bargaining proposal forms relating to the upcoming Public Service bargaining. Please use these forms if you wish to submit proposal(s) for changes to either the Public Service collective agreement or the Retail Stores & Warehouse Component 5 collective agreement. 
 
Please return the proposal forms to the West Kootenay Area Office, via email to Sarah Maglio at [email protected] or by facsimilie to 1-800-946-0254, no later than 5pm on Thrusday, February 15, 2018.
