Your new River Rock collective agreement is now in full force and effect and you may be wondering, when will I receive my wage increase?
Effective October 15th, all members at River Rock will be placed on the new wage grid, according to their seniority, and begin receiving the new wage rates and premium increases that were achieved at the bargaining table.
Retroactive pay will be back-dated to September 25th, which is the date the collective agreement was ratified, and paid out on November 3rd. Calculating the back-pay of premiums may take a little longer, but the Employer assures us they are working on it and you will be reimbursed shortly.
