Does Mental Health affect you or someone you know?

Well, here is your opportunity to be trained in Mental Health First Aid. The LDB is holding a course for OHS reps (both employer and employee). If the seats cannot be filled then the invitation will be extended to others. The registration form is attached. This course is CMHA (Canadian Mental Health Association) approved and by the end of the course you will receive a lot of knowledge and a CMHA certificate. I hope everyone will jump at this opportunity and sign up. There is only 24 seats and 8 are filled.
