
The Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that the Collective Agreement was ratified by 66.6%.
Members at Richmond House and Belkin House voted on the tentative agreement over three days (November 2, 6 and 7).
The new Collective Agreement provides for a 3 year term, expiring March 31, 2019. Wage increases are 2% retroactive to April 1, 2016, 1.5% on April 1, 2017 and 1.5% April 1, 2018. As well, there is an increase in vacation pay and entitlement in the 7th, 8th years.
