The Union Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that a tentative agreement for a new collective agreement has been reached with Servomation Inc. There will be two days wherein you will be able to vote on the tentative agreement.

Features of the new collective agreement include:

• three year agreement - wage increases of 1.5%, 3% and 4%
• vacation improvements at 15 and 20 years
• increase from 2 sick days to 3
• no show language replaced with missed shift language

Ratification Voting Days

Date: Friday, September 6, 2019
Time: Between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Drop-in)
Location: Best Western Chateau Granville, 1100 Granville St, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2B6

Time: Between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Drop-in)

You will be able to ask questions before voting on the tentative agreement during this time. The tentative agreement package with the changes to the collective agreement is attached. On the ratification document, you will find yellow and blue highlights. The yellow is to represent changes made to the language in the collective agreement, and the blue is to give an explanation as to why those changes were made.

You will also be able to come to the Lower Mainland office, at Suite 130-2920 Virtual Way, Vancouver BC, starting September 3^rd, to fill out a ballot if you are unable to attend one of the above dates. The voting at the Lower Mainland office will close on September 6^th at 5pm.

The Union Bargaining Committee is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement.
