Your bargaining committee met with the Employer for four days last week and had positive discussions regarding the important issues that you brought forward to us. The Employer and your Bargaining Committee have agreed to most of the non-monetary items and are ready to begin discussions on the monetary proposals. Discussions on these proposals will begin once additional bargaining dates have been set. You will be advised once these dates have been finalized.
