At 10:00 pm last night, a last minute tentative agreement was reached between We Care and your BCGEU bargaining committee. As a result, the strike action scheduled for today will not be necessary.

Your bargaining committee wishes to thank you for all your support and the resolve the BCGEU members have shown during this tense and difficult round of negotiations.
