Under Memorandum of Agreement #34 of your collective agreement, a joint committee is conducting benchmark reviews. The committee is tasked with, among other things, conducting a review of the Health Unit Aide benchmark.

To assist with the required review, the Committee has developed a survey for distribution to Component 8 members whose jobs are classified under the Health Unit Aide benchmark. 

The survey asks members working in jobs classified under the Health Unit Aide benchmark to provide information about the job duties they perform and their job-related educational credentials. Members are also asked to provide a copy of their job description as part of each survey response.

To obtain a copy of the survey, please send an email to laura.o'[email protected] with your request. Completed surveys can be sent to the same email address.

March 1st 2018 is the deadline for receipt by the union of completed Medical Office Assistant surveys.
