After months of negotiating, your bargaining committee is pleased and proud to announce that a tentative Collective Agreement has been negotiated with your employer.

This new agreement will see vast improvements to wages, benefits, scheduling, and much more. There will even be a one-time signing bonus for any teacher's employed with EFILS as of April 1, 2016, and who have remained employees up to the date of ratification for this tentative agreement. This is great news, and it was hard fought for!

Plans are underway to schedule a ratification meeting for all members to attend. This will be your opportunity to review all that has been agreed to at the negotiating table, ask questions, and vote on whether or not you support this tentative agreement!
