At the close of nominations, each of the following positions had one nominee, both of whom are declared elected by acclamation:

- Victoria Office Representative: Steve Kitcher

There were two nominees for the Kamloops Office Representative so an election is required. In random order, the candidates are:
- Judy Helset
- Debra Calder
Ballots will be available beginning April 1, 2019 from the Kamloops office steward and at the BCGEU Kamloops Area Office. Ballots will be cast using a two-envelope privacy and declaration system. For a ballot to be counted, it must be sealed inside a privacy envelope. That privacy envelope must then be sealed inside a declaration envelope on which the member must provide their complete contact information and signature.

When: Voting packages will be available from the worksite steward and the
BCGEU Kamloops Area Office beginning April 1, 2019
Where: At the Kamloops worksite via the steward; or
At the BCGEU Kamloops Area Office
Marked ballots must be returned to the steward or the BCGEU Kamloops Area Office by
Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 5:00pm
