The following are the nominees for Bargaining Committee Members:

The BCGEU is holding elections for three Bargaining Committee Members. Positions will be appointed based on number of votes. Biographies of all six nominees are attached.

Voting will take place as follows:

• Wednesday, May 8^th 10:00 – 6:30 p.m. at the Library - Main Office, 2881 Acadia Road
• Thursday, May 16^th 10:00 – 6:30 p.m. at the Library - Main Office, 2881 Acadia Road
  
  
• Thursday, May 9^th 10:00 - 6:30 p.m. at Hummingbird, 6363 Agronomy Road
• Wednesday, May 15^th 10:00 – 6:30 p.m. at Hummingbird, 6363 Agronomy Road

A Local Executive member will conduct the vote and hand out ballots and bargaining surveys to staff. There would be no presentation required.

As per the BCGEU's Constitution and Bylaws, ballots must randomize the names of candidates. As such, the order of candidate names on the ballot may differ from the order listed on this bulletin.

All members in good standing within the bargaining unit are eligible to vote and will be mailed ballots. If you are a member in good standing and do not receive a ballot, please contact BCGEU Negotiations Department immediately at (604) 291-9611.

Ballots will be counted on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 and will advise of the results shortly thereafter.
