Further to our earlier bulletin, please note that all inaccurate claim assessments, retroactive to August 31, 2014, must be submitted by Saturday, August 31, 2019.

The most common error we have heard about is on vision care reimbursements. A number of members have presented claims that were reimbursed at 80% rather than the 100% reimbursement they were entitled to. Vision Care coverage is as follows:

• 100% reimbursement for eyeglasses, contact lenses and laser vision correction, to a maximum $400 every 24 months

If you think you received less than you should have on a vision care claim or any other extended health claim, retroactive to August 31, 2014 - please contact [email protected], before August 31, 2019.
