The Union is aware that negotiated changes to the Health & Welfare benefits and the Economic Stability Dividend were not implemented and as a result policy grievances were filed. 

Western Pacific Marine advises that the ESD will be paid on June 17, 2016.  Please ensure that you are paid .45% on all hours worked retroactive to February 2, 2016.  The policy grievance will not be concluded until we know that all employees have been made whole.

Western Pacific Marine advises that the changes to the Health & Welfare benefits have now been implemented. If you experienced a financial loss because of the delay in implementation, call the Balfour office in order to arrange payment.  If Western Pacific Marine refuses to pay, you should file a grievance.
