Your Bargaining Committee met with the Employer for negotiations on January 30th and 31st. We made progress on some of the Union's proposals but were not able to reach a deal. Both the Union and Employer have agreed to return to the table.

Your Bargaining Committee is working hard to achieve the best possible deal for the membership. Both sides are bound by a confidentiality agreement.

The membership will be informed of all the details at the ratification meeting.
