Almost every one of you who was not on vacation came out to vote. The result speaks for itself.
What happens now?
We go back to the bargaining table to see if we can win a fair collective agreement. We have meetings scheduled for August 17, 18, 31 and September 1. These meetings will be mediated by the Labour Relations Board.
We'll also be holding meetings with members and activists to prepare in the event we need to go on strike to win a fair collective agreement. You'll be getting more information about these meetings as soon as it's available.
