Your Bargaining Committee met with your Employer representatives on November 14th, 29th, and 30th, 2016. 

At our first meeting on November 14th, the Union's committee tabled our entire package of bargaining proposals for a first collective agreement.

We have since made significant progress on non-monetary items. Due to unanticipated circumstances, our bargaining dates on December 12th and 13th were cancelled, however, we will be reconvening on January 11th and 12th. 

We are also pleased to advise you that John Morrissey will be filling in for Jasmin Roy while he is on leave.

A first collective agreement requires particularly careful deliberations, since both sides must fully understand the meaning and application of each clause tabled during negotiations.
