Re:     Bargaining Update

Your bargaining committee resumed collective agreement negotiations with your employer in late February, with multiple dates ending on March 16th. Talks were spirited, respectful, and very productive, with only a few non-monetary language proposals left outstanding.

On March 16th, during the final day of this latest round of bargaining, the Union presented its monetary proposals to the Employer. Your committee worked very hard crafting these proposals, and they look forward to hearing back from the Employer when talks resume.

Bargaining is set to resume Tuesday, April 11th, with multiple dates scheduled. We remain committed to negotiating a fair and reasonable collective agreement for all members
