Your bargaining committee worked through the late spring preparing for bargaining directly with First Credit Union. The members of your bargaining committee are shown below. The Employer is represented by Sandra McDowell, VP Communications & Culture, First Group of Companies; Angie Poulsen, Human Resources Manager, First Group of Companies; and First Credit Union bargaining spokesperson, Gary Moser.

Bargaining began with a two-day session on June 5-6 followed by one-day on June 20. The committees came together on July 17-18. Due to difficulties with availability during late July and August, the new bargaining dates are set for September 5-6 and September 12-14.

Your bargaining committee will be available to meet with members of the First Credit Union bargaining unit on Wednesday, August 2 for a brief overview of bargaining and informal discussion about bargaining. The bargaining committee will be able to discuss themes of bargaining rather than specific bargaining proposals presented by either First Credit Union or your committee.

Light refreshments will be provided.
