Based on your feedback, we developed our proposal package to include a number of housekeeping items, like legislative updates and discussion items that included scheduling and casual work.
 
We also created the following pie chart to reflect our monetary priorities:



We met with the Employer and started bargaining on Tuesday, August 20 and presented our monetary proposals at the end of the day on Wednesday, August 21.
 
Our next dates are Monday, August 26 and Tuesday, August 27, when we will hear back on our monetary asks and continue negotiations.
