Members of the Component 1 executive met today with representatives from the Public Service Agency (PSA) to discuss the Component 1 agreement, which did not pass during the ratification vote on the Public Service agreement.

There was a general discussion on the direction any future talks might take on reviewing the current agreement.

No decisions were made and a future meeting will be held on June 15.

Because the recently negotiated agreement did not pass, the current one remains in effect. The Master Agreement did pass and it is in effect.
