As you are aware, the BCGEU is conducting a ratification vote for the CLBC collective agreement by electronic ballot. A link to cast ballots was emailed out to each CLBC member who has an active email address on file with the Union.

Please canvass the staff in your office and encourage anyone who has not received this link by 5:00 pm on November 15^th from the BCGEU to contact us at [email protected] or call 778 747-3119.

In addition, please circulate or post the attached poster on your union bulletin board.

The electronic balloting system will close at 5:00 p.m. on November 25^th.
