We're in the process of compiling a complete ratification package that will fully explain all the changes to the agreement and how they will affect you.
The package will be available at ratification meetings next week along with a series of presentations and question and answer sessions. You'll have an opportunity at these sessions to look over all the changes and speak with bargaining committee members and BCGEU staff negotiators.
Here is the schedule for your ratification meetings:
Delta Hotel - Executive Boardroom
Wednesday, November 7 - 7 am to 7 pm drop in with the following info sessions:
7:15 am, 9:15 am, 11:15 am, 1:15 pm, 3:15 pm, 5:15 pm, 6:15 pm
Thursday, November 8 - 10 am to 9 pm drop in with the following info sessions:
10:15 am, 12:15 am, 2:15 pm, 4:15 pm, 6:15 pm, 8:15 pm
You can attend any of the meetings and voting closes at 9 pm November 8.
It's important that everyone fully understands what they are voting on and has a chance to hear directly from the bargaining committee as they go through the ratification package.
