Happy Halloween! 

This fall we have been working hard at negotiating the non-monetary proposals and preparing the monetary proposals.

We understand that wages are a concern for all our members. Therefore, your Bargaining Committee has done a comprehensive job comparison and thorough job evaluation review.

We are now hoping to reach agreement on the remaining non-monetary proposals and table the monetary proposals for negotiation shortly.

The parties are now trying to coordinate schedules with more dates in November. We appreciate your patience, as the process is taking longer than we expected. Our focus continues to remain on reaching a fair and reasonable settlement.
