Re:    Bargaining Update

Sisters and Brothers:

We are pleased to report that after three productive and respectful days of negotiation with your Employer last week, we were able to reach a tentative agreement.

The Bargaining Committee is pleased with the results and are recommending acceptance of the terms.

The ratification meeting will be scheduled as soon as possible.

During the ratification meeting full details of all of the changes will be outlined. There will be an opportunity for all of your questions about the changes and process to be answered prior to the vote being conducted.

Please direct any questions you may have in the intervening days to your Bargaining Committee members, however detail of the agreement will be addressed at the meeting.
