Agenda: This all-day training will provide you with an opportunity to refresh your skills for Step 1 meetings and gain in-depth knowledge on issues critical to our members. Have you ever wondered what medical information an Employer can and cannot ask for?  Do you know what the Unions responsibility is in getting a medical accommodation for a member? How do we know when the accommodation is enough?  We will also learn what WorkSafe requires the Employer to do about bullying and how to make effective complaints.
