Your BCGEU delegates regret to report that recently elected delegate Alex Macquaig has resigned his position on the CBCG. We will miss working with Alex while we understand and support his decision. 

The vacancy Alex filled was filled by acclamation. In order to expedite filling this important vacancy, we are opening an opportunity to receive expressions of interest until Wednesday, February 7, 2018. In the event we receive more than a single expression, we will hold an election to select the successful candidate. 

You will find attached to this bulletin the Memorandum that created the CBCG as a reference for the duties and expectations. Certainly, any of the current delegates would be happy to answer questions on that point.
