First Collective Agreement for BCGEU Members at We Care Home Health Services (Fraser Valley) is Now in Effect - BCGEU

BCGEU members at We Care Home Health Services (Fraser Valley) have ratified a renewal collective agreement, the first with your new union, BCGEU.

Your bargaining committee is pleased to advise your tentative collective agreement has been ratified by 81% in favour. Members from all areas attended the meetings and participated in this important vote. Your involvement and support has been greatly appreciated.

We look forward to working with your employer to implement the changes in the agreement. Your employer has confirmed your retroactive wages will be paid no later than September 30th.

In the coming months, work will be done to proof, sign, and distribute the new agreement. Please note, the terms and conditions of the new collective agreement are now in full force and effect.
