It's time to vote! A tentative collective agreement has been negotiated with your Employer, and this is your chance to review all that has been agreed to at the negotiating table, and vote on whether or not you accept the terms and conditions of this tentative agreement! 

Your bargaining committee is unanimously recommending you vote yes to accept!!

Highlights of the four year agreement include:

• Immediate wage increases that will see River Rock Casino Resort workers become some of the highest paid casino workers in the province!
• Additional across-the-board wage increases in the final three years of the agreement.
• Increases to the shift differentials.
• An additional statutory holiday.
• Paid sick time for regular employees.
• Improved casino scheduling provisions.
• Improved housekeeping workload provisions.
• The introduction in the final year of the agreement of the BC Target Pension Plan.
• Improved health and safety, harassment procedures, and so much more!

RATIFICATION VOTE PROCESS

Voting will take place at the Membership Meetings listed below. Full details of the tentative agreement will be provided, and your Bargaining Committee, as well as staff negotiators from the BCGEU will be available to answer any of your questions!
