As your current collective agreement with the employer expires on June 30, 2019, we are beginning preparations for the next round of bargaining and the members at your worksite need to elect a bargaining committee.

Attached to this notice is a nomination form for the bargaining committee member positions.

Nominations are now open for the following 3 positions:

• Bargaining Committee Chair;
• Bargaining Committee Member; and
• Alternate Bargaining Committee Member.

Depending on the number of nominations received, the union may conduct an election.

Nominated members may submit an 8.5" x 11" information sheet of 250 words or less, in support of their nomination, which the union will distribute with the ballots. The information sheet must be submitted no later than one day after the close of nominations.

The deadline for the return of nominations is April 18, 2019 at 5:00 pm. Nomination forms may be returned by one of the following options:
