Members who did not receive a ballot in the mail can vote for the next bargaining unit chair in the worksites and at their BCGEU Area Office.

Voting at the Worksite

Date: Friday, September 29

Times: Between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Locations: Cascade Casino Penticton - Computer Room

Lake City Casino Kelowna - Self-Exclusion Office

Lake City Casino Vernon - Training Room

Cascade Casino Kamloops - The Altas VIP Party Room

Stewards will be onsite to supervise the balloting process. Members whose names do not appear on a membership list will need to sign a member application form in order to vote.

Voting in a BCGEU Area Office

Voting starts on September 21st and ends at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 10th. The area offices are open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The offices will be closed on October 9th due to Thanksgiving Day.

Members working at Cascade Casino Penticton, and Lake City Casinos in Kelowna and Vernon can vote at the BCGEU Kelowna Area Office, located at 1064 Borden Avenue in Kelowna.

Members working at Cascade Casino Kamloops can vote at the BCGEU Kamloops Area Office, located at 158 Oriole Avenue in Kamloops.
