Please also be advised that nominations are now open for the following Local 1704 Executive positions:

Chairperson
2nd Vice Chairperson
Treasurer
Recording Secretary
Member at Large (3)
Member at Large (Youth) (Young workers are defined as 29 years of age or younger.)

Nominations will remain open for 30 days. Nomination forms must be received at the Fraser Valley Area Office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2016. Should we receive more nominations than positions available, an election(s) will occur. Candidates have the right to submit a biography (not to exceed 250 words) which will be published in the event of an election and must be submitted within one (1) day of the close of nominations (5:00 p.m., Tues., March 8, 2016).

Completed nomination forms may be faxed to 604-882-5032 or sent via email to [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday, March 7, 2016.
