The Union will be hosting an Enhanced Steward Training day for all Local 603 stewards on April 19, 2016 at the Lower Mainland Area Office.

Agenda

Morning Session

• Facing Difficult Management in the Workplace – improve skills in dealing with uncooperative managers, and share tips and experiences about defusing situations and getting the results you want.

Afternoon Session

• Common Grievances – review common grievance subjects and the principles that apply. Examine cases and arguments to increase effectiveness.
