A tentative agreement has been reached with your Employer on July 22, 2016. We will be conducting a ratification meeting at your worksite in the near future where you will have the opportunity to hear, review, ask questions and vote on the tentative agreement.
• 1st year – 1% wage increase as on August 1, 2016
2nd year – 1.5% wage increase on April 1, 2017
3rd year – 2 % wage increase on April 1, 2018
• Increase in vision care from $250 to $300
• Increase in sick day bank from 18 days to 23 days
