It has come to our attention that the employer has been approaching some employees to ask them to consider a reduction from full-time to 4 days a week or part-time hours, seemingly circumventing the layoff language of the CA.

If you are approached, please contact your shop steward or staff representative so that we can inform you of the implications of reducing your hours and assist you making an informed decision.
