The Union is pleased to advise that Karen Dalton has been selected as Chair of the BCGEU's Nanaimo Seniors Village Bargaining Committee. Karen was chosen for this important position by fellow Bargaining Committee members. Many thanks to Karen for agreeing to take on this important role.
We are also pleased to let you know that bargaining is set to begin with your Employer on September 13th. Your committee, along with BCGEU Staff Representative Chad McQuarrie, has been preparing for the upcoming talks, and very much looks forward to meeting at the negotiation table with your Employer.
