TIME:            7:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day
LOCATION:    President Ballroom, Radisson Hotel,
                     8181 Cambie Rd, Richmond, BC

For the employees of: Great Canadian Casinos Inc. (d.b.a. River Rock Casino Resort)

In the bargaining units defined as:

· dealers, slot attendants, cashiers, count team members; count team supervisors, guest service representatives, dealer supervisors, slot supervisors, boxmen, guest service supervisors, housekeeping, housekeeping supervisors and cage supervisors, commis chefs, demi chefs de partie, chefs de partie, senior chefs de partie, dishwashers and shipper/receivers; and

· security officers and security supervisors

The wording on the ballot will be:

Note: All employees in the Bargaining Unit, whether or not they are members of trade unions taking a vote conducted under Section 60, are eligible to vote and shall be given a reasonable opportunity to vote.
