BCGEU Membership at Tla'Amin Nation (formerly Tla'Amin Community Health Board Society) have voted in favour of acceptance of the tentative settlement reached by the committee.
 
Your Bargaining Committee is happy to announce that as of April 1, 2018 adjustment to the provisions of the parties' collective agreement will come into effect. Tla'Amin Nation members will gain the negotiated increases to their paid leave provisions, Long Term Disability coverage, 100% sick pay, increase in vacation entitlement for long term employees, the other article changes and the negotiated wage adjustments or at least the negotiated 2% general wage increase. This will be followed by the general wage increase for all classifications of 2.5% on April 1, 2019, 3% April 1, 2020, 3% April 1, 2021 and 3% April 1, 2022.
