This is a follow up to the recent mail out of enrolment packages to members eligible to join the BC Target Benefit Pension Plan.

The employer will begin making contributions to the Plan on behalf of all members who are eligible to join in April 2019.

As set out in your collective agreement, the Employer will contribute an amount equal to your contribution of 2% of gross earnings to the Plan.

Contributions will begin in April even if you have not completed an enrolment form and sent it to the Union. The Union will follow up with all members who have not submitted an enrolment form to ensure that this Plan has the information necessary to provide you with annual statements about your pension.
