Salvation Army – Ocean Crest Ministries Labour Management Committee

Representatives of Ocean Crest Ministries and the BCGEU meet regularly to discuss Labour Relations matters of interest to employees. 

These meetings are called Labour Management Committee meetings. 

Currently, there is no one working at a Thrift Store who attends these meetings. 

Both the Employer and the Union would like to have someone come to these meetings so that Thrift Store employees can be represented. 

These meetings usually take place about once a month on a Wednesday or Thursday. Employees do not lose wages when they attend the meetings.
