On January 20 and 21, the provincial and territorial health ministers will be meeting in Vancouver, and for the first time in several years, the federal minister of health with be there. This is a great opportunity for us to get a message to them about our priorities for our public health system. Along with our partner, the BC Health Coalition, we urge you to help us Put the Heart Back in Health Care. 

We're encouraging members to go to the BC Health Coalition campaign webpage here, and add their voices. Your messages will be written out on paper hearts, and built into a big art installation near the ministers' meeting on the morning of January 20. There will be social and traditional media attention, and representatives from the BCGEU will be speaking. Throughout the day, drop by the outside of the Hotel Vancouver to write your message in person, from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please share widely - we need to make sure we are heard!
