Are you concerned about the impact shift work may be having on you?

Your Facilities Bargaining Association (FBA) along with the Health Employers' Association of BC (HEABC) are working together to review the risk factors faced by shift workers.
 
Unions and employers alike have discussed concerns about the impact of shift work on sleep, health, social and family relationships, and injury rates. As a first step, the HEABC and FBA are surveying health care workers to develop strategies to mitigate the impacts that shift work may have on health care workers.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes and you should be able to complete this on work time. Individual responses will not be identifiable, and will be kept confidential.
 
Participation is voluntary.
