I am pleased to advise that the tentative Collective Agreement was ratified by the members on Friday, November 4^th by a vote of 61% in favour.

Once the agreement has been produced, proofed and signed, copies will be provided to all members at Cascades.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your bargaining committee for their work on this set of negotiations. They were vocal, determined and in the end they pushed the employer beyond the settlements reached at other Sienna-Baltic worksites over the past year.
