Drop-in information sessions at Starlight will be held in the boardroom at the following times:

Monday Dec 3 – 7:30 – 15:00

Tuesday Dec 4 – 16:00 – 23:00

Wednesday Dec 5 – 22:00 – 6:00

Voting will also be in the Starlight boardroom at the following times:

Thursday Dec 6 – 6:00 – 14:00

Friday Dec 7 – 12:00 – 24:00

Saturday Dec 8 – 10:00 – 20:00

Drop-in information sessions at Grand Villa will be held in the Delta Hotel boardroom at the following times:

Sunday Dec 2 – 21:30 – Monday Dec 3 6:30

Wednesday Dec 5 – 5:30 – 14:30

Thursday Dec 6 – 13:30 – 22:30

Voting for Grand Villa will also be in the Delta boardroom at the following times:

Friday Dec 7 – 5:30 – 17:30

Saturday Dec 8 – 12:00 – 24:00

The vote count will take place on Sunday December 10^th.
