After more than a year of hard negotiating, your bargaining committee is pleased and proud to announce that a tentative collective agreement has been negotiated with your Employer.

This tentative first agreement will see vast improvements to your current working conditions, including wages, benefits, scheduling, and health and safety. In fact, for most River Rock members, you will become some of the highest paid casino workers in the province. This is incredible, unprecedented, and could not have happened without the collective support of the membership! 

We did it!!

Notice of ratification meetings will be out soon. This will be your opportunity to review all that has been agreed to in bargaining, ask questions, and vote on whether or not you support this first agreement. Stay tuned for more information, and keep checking your email for regular updates.
