Your Bargaining Committee is sending out this bulletin to update you on the collective agreement bargaining process between the Union and the Thompson Nicola Regional Library.

The Union held a ratification vote, which we counted this evening. The membership rejected the Employer's final offer of settlement as presented.

The Union will have discussions with the Employer to determine how to proceed. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
