This week at bargaining we were successful in achieving a significant gain on the issue of patron abuse. We know how strongly you feel about this topic. The Employer has agreed to start implementing the process now!

We have signed off on many other improvements too, however, we are still far apart on many other items that you have identified as important. We are scheduling more bargaining dates mid-September and will continue to meet to negotiate you the best deal.

Bargaining is shifting gears, and it is critical that we can reach you for your opinion and to inform you of what is happening. We need to have a plan of action in place to get the information back to the membership. We need your help with this.
