As you are aware, your bargaining committee was successful in negotiating participation in the BC Target Benefit Plan for eligible members at Renfrew Care Centre in the most recent round of bargaining.

This week, the Union is mailing out information and enrolment packages to members eligible to join the Plan. Eligible employees include all regulars and any casuals who have been employees at Renfrew Care Centre for at least two full calendar years with earnings of at least 35% of the YMPE, which is approximately $19,460 in each year. 

The mail out contains a Plan Summary which explains the key provisions of the Plan along with an enrolment form and a postage-paid envelope. Each eligible member must fill in the enrolment form and send the completed, signed form to the Union in the postage-paid envelope.
